Jon's Ride to Recovery

Hello, my name is Melissa. I’m setting up this Go Fund Me account on behalf of my younger brother Jonathan, who was in serious motor vehicle collision on August 19th.  The collision  was caused by an inattentive driver who was cited by Washington State Patrol.   
Jonathan is devoted to his family, which includes his fiancée, Natasha, and two-year-old daughter Makenna, which he solely supports. At this time, Jonathan is unable to work or even drive due to the injuries he has sustained from this collision.

We are so grateful that we still have Jonathan in our lives. While Jonathan suffered other injuries, the head injury is the one our family is most concerned about. He has been suffering from memory loss and other symptoms that arise from a severe head injury.  His inability to perform his job has prevented him from earning the income that he and his family depend on to provide for their household. At this time, we have no idea when or if Jon will be able to return to his job, which could also put his employment in jeopardy.

His medical bills have already started to accumulate, starting with the ambulance ride to the hospital from the collision scene. He is still going through a series of tests for his head injuries and is looking at an extremely long road to recovery; however, these head injuries may be permanent.
