Jon's Commemorative Bench Plaque

We are gathering support to fund a tribute to Jon Clifford who dearly loved Sonoma County's parks and wild lands. You just couldn't keep him away from those trails; he was out there pretty much every day. Jon was always on the lookout for a new vista or a seasonal wonder, and we feel fortunate that he delighted in sharing his discoveries with us.
We are hoping to raise $1,500 to purchase a commemorative plaque to be placed on one of the benches scattered through out Sonoma County's parks. It will provide folks a spot to sit, enjoy the landscape and remember Jon.
The funds to purchase the plaque will also will support the maintenance and care of the parks he cared so deeply about.
Once we raise the funds for the plaque we'll let you know the location and everyone will be welcome to wander, stop, sit and feel the joy Jon felt as he hiked this beautiful county.
