Jon & Rosie Cashion's life rebuild

My brother Jon, his wife Rosie, their son Jonathan and my grandad Medford lost their home and their livelihoods when Harvey hit and completely flooded their house in Kingwood, TX. As you can see in the photo, they wisely got my 101 year old grandad out before over 6 feet of water filled their house. We are so thankful everyone is okay!

Now they need our help. We are all determined to help them rebuild their home, which is the home that my grandad built 35 years ago. We are really hopeful that he can go home, but like 80% of Houstonians affected, they did not have flood insurance. Their homeowner's and huricane coverage will not cover anything. Jon has the skills to rebuild the home, but he lost all of his tools. He has started a rebuilding company called Cashion Construction and he needs our help replacing his tools so he can get to work and try to make a living rebuilding the homes of his friends and neighbors.

Rosie is an amazing make-up artist for MAC. All of her supplies were also washed away, and she needs to replace it all in order for her to get back to work.

In the meantime, Medford, or as we call him, Poppy, has moved in to live with me in Daphne, Alabama.  He has lost everything, but he is in good spirits all things considering. He doesn't need much, and my husband and I are committed to taking care of him.  

Since the stores in Alabama are all stocked, I will use these funds to buy everything they need, and send any remaining funds to them directly. If you know me you know I don't like asking for help of this kind, but I need help to help Jon and Rosie.
