John Israel Jr's new journey

John has been struggling with his weight for many years. We all know how hard it is to maintain weight in the world to today especially when you are on the road all the time like John is in his line of work HVAC. John recently got news from his doctor that he has high cholesterol, border line diabetic, and high blood pressure . John also has sleep apnea which is so bad that he is always tired. It dosent matter how long he sleeps he feels like he hasnt slept in days. John is still young and should be full of life and he is not living the way he would like to be and feel. John has a wife and two small beatiful kids that he has to provide for by working. He is still young and his wife and kids dont want to lose him any sooner than they have to. His immediate family have histroy of heart disease so that means that John is at high risk if he dosent get his weight under control. John was told by his doctor he needs bariatric weight loss surgery. He has tried all diets and all weight loss programs and none of them help. His weight aslo causes him other health issues. Please no negative comments we are not looking for a hand out we are  just a normal family on a budget and asking for any help we can get so we can make this happen for John. So he can live a long happy life to see his kids grow up. This is a life or death situation.
