Joe Lucas Cancer Treatment Support

Joe Lucas works for the City of Reading Pennsylvania as a mechanic working on city owned vehicles . In November he was diagnosed with stage 4 sarcoma cancer. He is currently out of work and is looking at a long road of treatments ahead . The doctor that is treating him is in Philadelphia and that hospital is considered out of network on his insurance which is going to incur additional costs. I am trying to help Joe raise some money to offset some of the costs .
