The Joana de Cusa Foundation Inc. was established in Sydney in 2001 to assist people with material needs through donation and charity campaigns.
The Franciscans Spiritist House aims to assist with spiritual and moral charity, embracing all with love, without distinction of race, creed, color or culture, because we are all children of the same ‘Father’, the same Creator.


Since it’s inception, our house has been offering the study of the principles of the Spiritist Doctrine through group reading discussions, debates, lectures and courses. We also promote charitable events like monthly lunches, movie sessions, picnics and more.



The Joana de Cusa Foundation is maintained by the donations of people that are sensible to the cause of disseminating the Spiritist Doctrine as well as to help those less fortunate, consequently contributing towards a better world. We must say that it is through persistence and hard work that we maintain the door of this home of love open, as the obstacles are many.

Said that, we are now going through one of those obstacles where we unfortunately had to close our doors temporally due to a structural problem that affected the floor where we have the study room and also the healing room.

As we are an organisation maintained by donations, we won’t be able to afford all the construction costs without help.

We have some volunteers helping, but without professional experience, this might take forever.

So we count on everyone who knows the amazing job we do to spread the word.

This way we would be able to hire a specialised company to do the work.

Everyday our house is closed, someone is missing help!

A Fundação Joana de Cusa foi criada em Sydney em 2001 para ajudar pessoas com diversas necessidades através de campanhas de doação e caridade.

A casa espirita Franciscanos, tem por objetivo ajudar com a caridade espiritual e moral, abrangendo a todos com amor, sem distinção de raça, credo, cor ou cultura, porque somos todos filhos do mesmo "pai", do mesmo Criador.

Desde a sua criação, a nossa casa oferece o estudo da Doutrina Espírita através de discussões, leitura em grupo, debates, palestras e cursos. Nós também promovemos eventos de caridade, como almoços mensais, sessões de cinema, piqueniques e muito mais.

A Fundação Joana de Cusa é mantida por doações de pessoas que são sensíveis à causa da divulgação da Doutrina Espírita, bem como para ajudar os menos afortunados, consequentemente, contribuir para um mundo melhor.

Devemos dizer que é através da persistência e do trabalho duro que mantemos a porta desta casa de amor aberta. Como os obstáculos são muitos, infelizmente tivemos que pausar parte dos estudos e dos eventos temporariamente por conta de um vazamento em nosso encanamento, causando problemas em nosso piso.

Como somos uma Fundação mantida através de doações, não podemos arcar com os custos dos reparos sem a sua ajuda.

Temos alguns voluntários nos ajudando, porém, sem ajuda profissional, esta obra pode levar MUITO tempo e nem vir a ficar ideal.

Contamos com a ajuda de todos para divulgar esta causa, e assim podermos contratar uma empresa especializada para finalizar o trabalho.

Todos os dias que nossa casa está fechada, deixamos de ajudar muitas pessoas!
