Paint and supplies for Artists

JMZ Walls is a group of Bushwick residents who love the diversity and identity of Bushwick. We are committed to providing a unique collaborative experience for artists and our community. We endeavor to seek out available walls for local and global artists to create pieces that will be viewed by the greater Bushwick community. Our goal is to not only beautify our neighborhood, but to provide imaginative works of art the residents of Bushwick would not otherwise have access to. We believe that the streets have the potential to be a gallery to recount the history and progression of New York and the larger global community.

Since our establishment in August 2014, we have secured spaces for over 30 artists to paint. These are local artists and global arts, from Brooklyn to Chile to Japan.

JMZ Walls supports and inspires emerging artists of the Bushwick area by giving them a space to express themselves and guidance to grow in their trade.

JMZ Walls aspires to host a variety of artistic events in the community, including exhibitions, music, poetry and video arts performances.

JMZ Walls is poised for a substantial growth in our ability to beautify Bushwick even more, but your support will allow us to make that vital jump. With your assistance, we will be able to provide more walls, supplies for artists, a creation of a community centered activities that include our ever growing neighborhood.
