Jinks the dog

My wife and I have rescued this precious little guy from a tough situation. He’s at the vet now and facing surgery on Saturday or Monday to repair his neck / throat where there was a noose fastened around. So tight that I don’t think he could swallow. He’s very timid, dehydrated, malnourished, and hurting. His neck and throat area are gashed open and full of infection. We wanted to help him have a better life than what he was facing and hopefully he will survive and thrive. The go fund me organization was made for the purpose of helping to offset costs of things and I usually don’t ask for help , but this is gonna be a big unexpected expenditure. Help if you can, but always do something if you see an animal in a cruel or  abusive situation. Thanks and God bless.
