Jim's Medical Expenses
Jim was born and raised in Nebwuryport. A high school grad of NHS 1975. Jim and his wife raised their family in Newburyport.
On 5/16 Jim was complaining of chest pain; Amesbury ALS was called to the house. They brought him to the Portsmouth Hospital where he under went surgery for a double bypass. Hopefully if everything goes well, he will be home by Thursday or Friday. Jim will have strict restrictions such as no driving for a month and no lifting for three months. It's going to be a long road to recovery.
Jim has spent his life helping others now it's our time to help him in a time of needed.
Jim has helped others over the years; by either showing up in the tow truck with Volphone Towing, dispatching an ambulance to a medical emergency (Amcare-AMR) or fixing a tire at the shop even when someone couldn't afford to have it fixed.
His wife has also missed work to be by his side during this. As we all know between the ambulance ride, being in ICU, and rehab. It's going to be a long road to recovery. With all the medical bills along with the house bills, things are going to add up fast. Any little bit will help.
Thanks for the thoughts and kind words.

FINAL UPDATE! !!!
Roughly two weeks dad had his final appointment at PRH. They give him a clear bill of health and allowed him to return to normal work load. Dad still has to becareful when it comes to lifting. He has to finish his rehab session to the AJ. Dad has extended the hours at the Tire Shop which can be found on their FB page. I would like to take a moment and thank everyone for all the kind words, thoughts, prayers, cards and etc. It means a lot to the family and dad. Thank you all for all the generous donations. By far and large this gofund account did so much better than I ever thought it would. Every little bit has helped out greatly.
I will have this page up for another week just in case someone is just seeing this and wants to help out.
Thank you!!!! Pleas share
