Jim White's Medical Fund

This is our Dad, and he's a miracle. Some people call him a modern day Job. He's faced a multitude of trials throughout his life, including the loss of his wife and a few near death experiences. One of those experiences was only just a week ago. Last week we listened to doctors and nurses tell us things like "Your dad is very sick" and "He may be facing multiple organ failure", but throughout it all we experienced God's true peace. He received God's healing, and we got our dad back. 


We know that the peace we felt during this time was in large part due to the countless individuals who lifted our Dad and family up in prayer daily over the past two weeks. We could not be more thankful for all of the love and support we've been shown during this difficult time.



Although we got our Dad back, he still has a lot to overcome. During his stay in the hospital, he experienced a stroke. He has left-sided weakness and has cognitive deficits. This means he is now in need of some very aggressive therapy.


For most of his life, he's been overwhelmed with financial hardships, and we're starting this page in an effort to relieve some of his burdens. Without being able to work, he's unable to pay his insurance premiums and medical bills, including those from his open heart surgery two years ago that continue to stack up on the counter. We are looking at these numbers, and although they're astronomical, we know that we serve an astronomical God. If God leads you to donate to our sweet dad, our family will be forever grateful.
