Jim Sorenson could use our help

Donation protected
In the 1980s and 90s Seattle T-shirt and silkscreen printing legend Jim Sorenson seemed to be designing and printing T-shirts for nearly every Seattle band and working at nearly every Northwest show. Many of us used his services and enjoyed his good company and humor.

In the last few years, Jim has had some diabetic health issues and his right leg was amputated below the knee. Since then he has been unable to work and is on disability. A year ago, his longtime Seattle rental house was sold and he searched for a place to move he could afford which ended up being off the beaten path in Elma, Washington. His one year lease is up next month and unfortunately for reasons beyond his control, he has been given notice once again. He is hoping to find another place within 20 miles or so of where he is.

He developed a diabetic foot ulcer on his left foot which is healing but at a slow rate, and on doctor's orders has to stay off it as much as possible. His attitude is good and he is getting fitted for a new prosthetic soon, but between the health challenges and the meager fixed income, he could really use our help right now.
