One Last Memory

To all friends and family's and the ones I don't even know, I have a heartfelt request. As most of you know, I'm a hospice nurse. I love what I do and I have a very special request at this time.
I recently got a patient who is in her 20's with a husband and 3 small children. Her youngest is 8 months old. She was diagnosed in 2012 with melanoma....she's had surgeries and treatment. Then she got pregnant. She stopped all treatment,despite being told she should have an abortion, so she could give this baby life!
My precious patient is strong and a fighter....she weighed only 3lbs at birth......but the cancer proved stronger.
The cancer metastasized to her liver and lungs and now she is terminal. And sadly, my experience is telling me she doesn't have long to live. We have a very Sammy window left where she will be good enough to travel and I would very much like to help her and her husband and her babies and her mom and dad have one last vacation to make some memories.
We need to keep her relatively close in case she needs a nurse so we can't send her far.
We are asking for donations to send her and her family to Gulf Shores for one last vacation. There is no amount to small that could be donated. Every penny counts.
Please tell me I have family and friends that want to "pay it forward" and help me send this precious family on their Last Memory trip!
