On the 1st May last year I received a heart transplant in FREEMANS hospital Newcastle...
I am raising this money to give back to FREEMAN HEART & LUNG TRANSPLANT ASSOCIATION as this charity helped and supported me and my family so much during my time in hospital .
Raising money will help other families in the same position ... they provide accommodation for visiting family , equipment for the hospital and many other things .
