Jett's in Debt

Donation protected
I’m sure anyone who has or has had a pet in their life knows they are a part of the family. Meet our puppy Jett. We brought him home in December at 8 weeks old and unfortunately he has been in and out of hospital ever since. The first day he came home he had an accident with our other dog. The result being his first trip to the vet, resulting in his first anaesthetic and three stitches. Four days later,he took a tumble late at night. He was in extreme pain and we took him to the emergency vet at Homebush around midnight. He could not put any weight on his front leg. After an X ray and pain relief and appearing to improve,  he was sent home the next day. 24 hours later he was in agony and screaming again. Back we went to the Homebush vet and they kept him and did more X-rays, an MRI, a spinal tap and multiple blood tests. Still vets were unsure what was wrong with him. After 3 weeks in hospital with no definitive diagnosis he was sent home again with pain relief. Only to be back there a week later. They put him on Prednisone for suspected steroid responsive meningitis. He stayed at the ARH Homebush for a short time and was discharged on his prednisone and pain relief. He came home on his medications and was told to rest. He has been confined to the house as he was unable to have his final vaccination due to being on prednisone. Jett was progressing well and we thought the corner had been turned. He even started going to doggy day care with his big sister Scarlett who has absolutely grown to love him and vice versa. They are inseparable. Unfortunately today Jett was playing with another dog and somehow managed to break his rear leg (tibia). Jett is now unfortunately back at the ARH Homebush awaiting surgery to fix his leg. Obviously putting him down is not an option for us. However costs are starting to pile up and we are struggling. I would appreciate anyone who would help us getting little Jett back to a healthy happy puppy and hopefully he can forget his rough start to life and have no more worries in the future. We are starting a Gofundme page to help pay for his vet bills. If anyone is willing to donate and help our little guy it would be greatly appreciated.
Jetts medical bills to date total thirteen thousand dollars. The estimated cost for his broken leg is anywhere between 1500 and 5500 dollars depending on the required treatment.
Thank you
