Jesse Garcia Funeral Expenses

Donation protected
My grandfather was a very proud man. He was a veteran, a husband, father, grandfather. He loved us in unconventional ways. I remember him being hilarious, stubborn, hardworking, creative and a little bit scary. We'd go visit him in California when I was a kid and he was always either laughing, singing some funny song he made up or cooking. Anytime he was out and about he'd  strike up a conversation with a stranger and make friends fast. I firmly believe I inherited more than just his name. I think he passed down all of his best traits to us like his charm, good looks and most of all that crazy sense of humor.

He passed away on Sunday morning to a room full of family after finding out his cancer decided to make a comeback. We are all still processing in different ways but the reality is that we have to be practical and plan accordingly. He refused to talk about death and funeral plans with anyone, he'd make jokes about it anytime someone would bring it up. "I'm not gonna die, you are!" So here we are.

I'm asking you, on behalf of my family, for help.

Please give as much as you are able because even though he was a vetaran and civil servant at Kelly for several years we are still struggling to see that he has an honorable burial.

We understand that 8 days for this large amount is not a lot of time, but with your help I'm sure we can make a difference.

Thank you in advanced for your time and donations in our time of need.
