DNC Delegate Expenses

I'm Jeromey Shafer, a political activist and organizer from San Leandro, CA.  I was elected as a District Delegate for Bernie Sanders to the Democratic National Convention.

Because of the costs to attend the convention are very high ($600+ a night hotel room) I am seeking help from friends to help send me to Philadelphia in July.  

I will cutting down expenses by sharing a room with other delegates but still need to pay for my airfare and my share of the room.  

Any help you can provide will be appreciated.  I'm looking to support Bernie, his platform and ideas at the convention.  We need to let the Democratic Party know that Bernie's vision is the future of the Party.
