Mom diagnosed with stage 4 lymphoma Cancer

Donation protected
I am reaching out to everyone on behalf of my sister. She is forty years old and is diagnosed with Stage 4 Follicular & Diffuse B-Cell Lymphoma Cancer. She is a mom of two children, in which she is the sole provider for. Her daughter is entering her senior year next year and then off to college, and her son should be starting college next year as well but will be helping with getting his mom to and from treatments when they begin. Jennifer has worked at our Lady of peace nursing home for 14 years, she has worked both as a certified nurse and in the activities department. She loves her job helping the elderly and they love her more. She is definitely a person who changes your life for the better when you meet her.
Jennifer has been the rock of our family and dealing with the loss of both of our parents. She was a primary caregiver to them both and a loving and supportive daughter who sat with them as we watched cancer take both of them away from us. Our mother was diagnosed with stage four bladder cancer in 2007 and after surgery and Roswell stating she was cancer free she passed away from cancer that same year. Six years later our father was diagnosed with stage four stomach cancer. Our father fought hard, but this disease was very aggressive and he passed away a year later in 2014. With the loss of both our parents Jennifer remained strong. She always worked and is always willing to help others.
So now Jennifer is the one who needs help and I am pleading with everyone to reach out and help her. My sister will be receiving a very strong dose of five different chemo drugs called R-Chop. With the staging and the type of cancer that she has we need these drugs to work fast and effectively. In order for that to happen Jennifer will had to go off of work.  For Jennifer that is a hard thing to do because she has worked since she was 16 years old and does not want to count on others. She is very proud and wants to be the one helping others. But it was essential that she stop working but needs to be able to maintain her bills and be able to get to and from her appointments and treatments.
I am hopeful that you will all read this and see half the person my sister is by reading my words about her and find it in your heart to help to make this someway a little bit more bearable.
Thank you everyone. Cheryl Stevens
