Jennifer Chavez

Jennifer was in a tragic car accident on 5/17/17. She was in a head on collison which put her into a coma. After 3 days of close monitoring, Jennifer was not making any progress and was showing no signs of brain activity. The decision was made to take her off life support and she passed away on 5/20/17. She left behind a husband and 2 children, a daughter age 9 a son age 11 with autism. Husband Paul has no family support here in Utah and the family is in need of help with medical costs. Any help is greatly appreciated.
