Jennifer Abell Dawson Medical Fund

Jen has made it through her surgeries, and preliminary results show that she is clear from one of the cancers, however the doctors are concerned about some lumps found on the lymph nodes under her chin and she needs more tests, which will cost an additional $1,600. Please help in anyway you are able, either by donating or sharing her story.
 Thanks!

Jennifer Abell Dawson is an amazing mother of two children, a loving wife and the most caring friend. She is full of love for the people in her life and brings joy to everyone that she meets and truly has a servants heart. Jen has been a  volunteer for 13 years with the Magnolia Fire Department and is also an on-location Hair and Makeup Artist with Adorne Artistry.  She is the Fundraiser Director for her son Cayden's (10) football team, The Klein Eagles and is active on the PTO Board at Schindewolf Junior High where her daughter Olivia (14) is the Student Council President, in the National Junior Honor Society and is an all-around athlete on the Volleyball, Basketball and Track teams. Husband Nolan is a Paramedic for the City of Mont Bellevue and has also been a Volunteer with Magnolia Fire Department for 10 Years.
Always wanting a large family, Jen and Nolan began trying for a baby in 2015 and were  ecstatic to learn that they were expecting twins, only to be devasted in December when they were lost, unknown at the time, due to the cancer attacking Jen's body.

Cancer doesn't discriminate and unfortunately Jen has had her worst fears confirmed and is now in a battle against not just one, but two different gynecological cancers attacking her body. Life is full of obstacles, roadblocks and moments where we all believe "it won't happen to me" or "I've got all the time in the world" but it can and does happen to the best people, and the cost of fighting is not cheap. With one surgery behind her, Jen is still facing more surgeries and possible radiation treatments. That, coupled with the cost of medicines, and time off work for recovery is a financial monster that she and her family shouldn't face alone.
