JC went to his appointment with The Department of Immigration and Naturalization Monday morning (August 7th) and is being detained at Krome Detention Center in Miami.
The attorney currently working on his case suggested reatining an Immigration Attorney in Miami. I found a great attorney through referral from a friend. I feel she is the best immigration attorney in South Florida and that JC will finally in good hands and this would be the most viable option for us resolve this situation. The projected legal fees are $20,000 of which $5,000 is needed before the lawyer can engage services. We all know how special JC is and everyone loves him. I can tell you that my heart is breaking with every moment he is not here with me. Our family, friends and pets miss him terribly and need him returned to us and not deported. We need to retain this lawyer as soon as possible. Each day that passes without him having representation reduces the chances of a favorable outcome.
