Jayden's Cochlear Implant

Jayden is a wonderful, enthisiastic student at Hubbard Elementary School. He is a great friend to all and loves sports. Jayden has a cochlear implant which allows him to hear the world around him. His implant is not working efficently and needs to be replaced. It is an extremely expensive procedure. The family needs 1500 to pay for this procedure by early January.
