Jayden Browns Medical Expenses

Jayden, the Altitude player hit by a line drive on Sunday. He continues to recover in the pediatric ICU at Swedish- though he does barely fit into the bed as a 13 year old with size 15 feet that stands over six feet tall. Seeing him there is nothing short of surreal...just a bad dream- he was a healthy boy having the tournament of his life just two days ago. His brain injury is unchanged, for now. He is unable to speak, cannot swallow normally, has some facial palsy and right sided weakness. There are reassuring pieces, to be sure, but, please, your positive thoughts and prayers should be unceasing for this player and his family. The road ahead may be long, but our hearts and minds are focused on a 100% recovery. Until he can start therapy, please pray for his neurologic exam to start to show some signs of improvement!!!  Jayden communicated to one of the therapists today that he still wants to be a professional baseball player when he's older.
