Jason's dental-leukemia fund

My name is Mike Shettlesworth and Jason is my son.

Jason was diagnosed with a fairly rare form of leukemia in January 2016.  He went thru treatment and was stated to be in remission approximately 3-4 months later. 

Jason began to feel unwell again and the Doctor's stated that the leukemia had returned.

Jason has to have dental work.  His teeth would be a current source of  infection due to the fact that he requires a bone marrow transplant.  His teeth need to be removed prior to the bone marrow transplant and then he will have some "false" teeth inserted back into his mouth.

This is not all covered by his medical so I am reaching out to friends and family to help with the out of pocket expenses.

Jason's teeth will be removed on the 10th January and his bone marrow transplant will be undertaken on 24th January.  

I have exhausted my funds and need some help with raising funds for the required dental work.
