Tragically, on Sunday September 22 Jarrod Armstrong suffered a devistaing brain aneurysm and stroke at the young age of 28. Doctors at DHMC did their best to save his life, but unfortunately Jarrod was pronouced brain dead two days later. Jarrod is and was an amazing friend, son, brother as well as an even more amazing father. He has touched the lives of so many people and now with one last amazing act Jarrod will be donating his organs to save the lives of others. The decision to take Jarrod off of life support is something no mother should have to choose but Lynn (Jarrods mom) is following the wishes of her son and honoring his memory.
Tragedy like this unfortunately becomes a hardship not only emotionally but financially which is why I'm setting up this gofundme to raise money to help Jarrods family with his service and to help support his daughter Harlee as she is left to grow up with only the memories of her daddy. Any little bit helps this loving family with their tragic loss.
