Janet Evans Medical Expenses Fund
Donation protected
Over the weekend of October 8, 2016, Janet Mickey Evans passed away suddenly. She was a vibrant soul who lived her life to the fullest and gave her love without reservation to her family and friends. She loved animals and spending time with her horse, Gizmo, brought her great joy. Janet was born in Victorville, CA on October 18, 1965 and lived in Lodi until she passed. She is survived by her loving and committed husband, Mitch Gomez; her beautiful daughter, Briahna Gomez; and her wonderful sister, Nancy Evans. Her first grandchild is due to be born in April 2017. Her dogs, Emmie, Romie and Marlo, and her kitty, Faithie, will miss their mommy terribly. She was predeceased by her father, Richard Evans; her mother, Junko Evans; and her brother, Don Evans. Janet’s love was unconditional and she donated her organs so that other people could thrive. Her spirit will live on in all of us.
Janet was recently laid off from her 25-year job and her insurance ended on September 30. Although she died immediately after she became unconscious, she was taken by a medical helicopter from Lodi to Mercy Hospital in Sacramento. The family needs urgent help to cover the expenses from that flight and her subsequent medical treatment.
Words cannot express how grateful Janet's family will be for your generous support.
