Warped Tour 'Get Us Home' J9s Fund

Donation protected
It's simple....We were given an opportunity and we went for it!
We were asked to be creative, we came up with something, and despite the odds, were approved to be on the warped tour. we initially asked for 3 days, then 7, then 15, and all were granted to us. We went with the money we had in our pockets, a passion, a drive, hopped in our 88' RV aka "The Travel Monster", and didn't let anything stand in our way!

We have been blessed to travel to parts of the country we have never been before, meet new people, make new friends/fans, get write-ups, and be in direct contact with huge signed bands that we grew up listening to. We were given our own space to pitch our 2 pop-up tents where we have been doing  something we call "lessonoke"--where we lead open jams, and karaoke enabling anyone who wants to perform attending the tour to do so. We also play short sets of our own music in-between. Each day with set up and break down is 12 hours. We are not getting paid, and only survive on tips and merch sales.

For the last leg, we bought a cheap homeade trailer, had trouble registering it, but still headed out. It nearly broke within the first couple days from the weight of equipment, so we had to shell out money for it, and missed out on the next day of the tour. We bought $100 worth of materials at Home Depot, secured it as best we could, and kept on going, driving 22 hours straight to Kansas.

We made it to the next couple of dates, but in Dallas, TX, our bumper was about to fall off (because the weight of the trailer was too much), so we had to call a mobile welder to create a new one out of steel which cost us $1,275 (which we really didn't have).  And, despite this big set back, we still continued on.

On our way to New Mexico in the middle of the night in a rainstorm, our rv broke down, we tried to work on it with the little materials we had, but couldn't, so we had it towed (thank you roadside assistance), bought the materials to fix it ourselves (approx another $100), and got it back on the road again. And so because of this, we had to miss out on yet another show...

We've now made it to California and have 2 days left on the tour (sat 8/5, and sun 8/6), but we don't have the money to get back to NYC because of the hardships that we faced, along with taking the opportunity with little money in our bank accounts.

We have no credit card to use, and no family members to lend us the money, so we are asking for your support to get us back home!

We have been creative, and have made new merchandise to sell at the shows, we plan to busk on Venice Beach for a couple of days, and play open mics along the way with the hope of selling more merchandise to get us back, but there's no guarantee as our gas/toll estimation to get us there is approximately $1,000.
Every dollar that is donated to our cause is an enormous and generous help to us!

So, with your contribution, you would be supporting not only independent music, but each person who donates will recieve a digital copy of our new ep that isn't slated to be out until the end of this month, as well as a public thank you on our social media sites, and credit on our next recording no matter what the dollar amount.

Any size donation is appreciated. We thank you in advance for supporting us and independent music!!

Much Love,
