James Kramlinger Funeral Costs

Jim is a loving Husband to his Wife Kari, and an AMAZING Father to his four girls, Ashley, Patricia, Racqell and Marissa. He LOVED spending time with his family. Anyone who knows Jim, knows he enjoyed having company over. He enjoyed cooking and trying all the new places to eat…He was quite the foodie!

Jim has been diagnosed with several different illnesses, but his heart was the main cause of all of his problems. He was admitted to the hospital the Wednesday before Christmas 2017. The Drs said if he wouldn’t have came in when he did, he wouldn’t have made it through the night. His health was deteriorating, fast.

The day after Christmas the doctors gave him weeks to months to live due to his heart failure and his kidneys failing. They started him on Kidney dialysis while he was in the hospital, but they weren’t sure how his body would handle it. They were worried about his BP dropping too low because of how weak his heart is, but he handled it very well! We were all so happy he was doing well on it.

He was sent home from the hospital a few days later, and continued dialysis 3 times a week from home.

On March 6th, he was admitted to the hospital due to a severe infection in the bone in his foot. That’s when things took a turn for the worse. He was given strong antibiotics for the infection, but it was just too bad.

The Doctors were worried about putting him on dialysis because of how bad his heart is. They were worried it would put him into cardiac arrest. So they tried a slow dialysis for 24 hrs, he did okay on it. Then he started complaining of severe abdominal pain, and asked to be taken off of it. After some tests, they found out it was his gallbladder. With him being so sick, surgery was not an option.

Jim finally said that he’s had enough, and that he is done fighting and wants to go home with his family for his final days.

On Monday March 12th, Jim was sent home on Hospice. He is now resting comfortably, preparing for his journey home. He said he wants to go see his Mom.

Unfortunately, Jim did not have any type of insurance to help with funeral costs, so anything helps the family during this difficult time.
