Jamaica Field Service Project: I have been accepted into a program this June to go to Jamaica to tutor science in local schools. I will get to interact with certified teachers in Jamaica which will help me on my journey to become a high school science teacher. I am currently doing my Master's at Stony Brook University in teaching science with a bilingual certification in Spanish. While in Jamaica, I will also get to connect with the culture and learn about traditional Jamaican music.
