Jakub's Fund

We are very saddened and shocked by the sudden passing of Jakub Czyz, a 5th class pupil at Swords Educate Together National School, Dublin, on September, 1st, 2018. 

We, friends of the family, have decided to set up this page to facilitate all of you who wish to offer support to Jakub's family.

Our thoughts are with his family Marta, Radek and his little brother Borys. 

All funds raised on this page will go directly to Jakub's family to help them get through this tragic time in the weeks and months ahead.
