Jake Rubey's Medical Fund

Donation protected
Hi! This page is run by San Marin High School. We are going to raise $30,000 for one of our Freshman students, Jake Rubey, (pictured on the left) after he had a stroke this past Tuesday evening, on December 8th. Thankfully, he is now stable at UCSF Children's Hospital. Currently, he has a breathing tube in and no mobility in his right side, but  we all hope for a speedy recovery and can't wait to see Jake back at school soon! We hope you can be part of this by making a tax-deductible donation or sharing this link with your friends.  Parents can also ask their companies to match their own donations. We've made this Go Fund Me Account so people can contribute to all of Jake's medical costs for his procedure, tests, rehab, etc. The link is posted here as well as on San Marin's website. All proceeds (minus the 5% donation fee to the Go Fund Me website) will go to the Rubey family. I know as students many of us have tight budgets but if you can't contribute please ask your parents if they can help in any way. Every dollar makes a difference! I've personally known Jake since he came to San Marin in August and he has a great heart and has always been able to make me laugh. If you have any questions about the donation process, feel free to contact me or San Marin's principal, Mr. Littlefield.
