Jacob Levi Ortiz

     Jacob passed away unexpectedly in his home, on January 21st. He was the son of Tony and Bea, little brother to Anthony and Rochelle and grandson, nephew, cousin and friend to many others. He trained at Oasis Gymnastics in Phoenix, AZ. He later became a Gymnastics coach at Flames Gymnastics Academy, where his passion flourished. Through his intense devotion and dedication to athleticism and the bonds it builds he touched the lives of every one around him. Both Jacob and his virtuous spirit will be missed greatly by his family and friends; he was loved by all in his life. Any donation, no matter the size, is appreciated immensely. All funds will be given to his parents and will go towards the cost of funeral expenses. Thank you all so very much.
