Jackie Check Fire Relief Fund

In the Chicagoland/Wisconsin dental space many know Jackie Check as the Cavitron Queen.  Jackie has become a loyal friend to all that work with her and is a single mom to her daughter Sophia.  They were left without a home on April 19th after an early morning fire consumed their house on the south side of Chicago. Thankfully, there were no injuries including pets, Rosie and Daniel. However, the house itself is a total loss and all personal items were lost. Please help Jackie and Sophia replace their necessaties as they wait for insurance to come through. It is going to be a long recovery for both Jackie and Sophia, any and all donations will be greatly appreciated.
