Jace Chynoweth Assistance Fund

UPDATE: Sweet little Jace passed away on June 18th, 2015. Any donations to this fund will be used to cover funeral costs. Thank you to everyone and please keep the Chynoweth family in your prayers. 

ORIGINAL POST: Klay and Shayne's sweet little Jace has been diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor and we would like to help the family with financial, as well as other expenses, and hopefully give them the opportunity to stay home and enjoy what time Jace has left.
