Joyce's Survival Fund

May I ask for your help.  My sister Joyce is struggling to survive a life changing ordeal.  She is trying to survive breast cancer that has matastasized to her liver and bone.  She has received 2  1/2 years of treatment and is surviving.  However, her life has taken another dramatic  and unfortunate turn.  She has lost her appartment due to the increase in her rent.  She was able to afford her $825 a month rent, with her Social Security, but now that they raised it to $1,100 she can no longer afford it.  She has moved herself into a very small studio apt.  with an increase in her rent along with the total breakdown of her car, she is  no longer able to sustain her living condition.  She has found a small in  job, (in an advisory roll),  but, without her car, she cannot  possibly even do this.  She also needs to travel to receive her treatments.  This is almost impossible now.  My parents are destitute and cannot help her either.  They are in their late 80's and in nursing care. 
Joyce's life is worth saving as she has been not only a roll model for other people, but she has alway been a kind and generious person.   I am begging for your financial help.  thank you and God Bless.
