Help save the Parvo pups and close puppy mill

Hello. This is my puppy Rex, he is an Australian Shepard. He is 8 weeks old today. I bought Rex on December 22nd as a Christmas gift for my parents who had to put their Australian Shepard to sleep 5 weeks prior to. I surprised my parents on Christmas Day with Rex, emotions were high and they were over the moon in love instantly. The morning after Christmas Rex became sick...very sick. Rex was brought to the vet only to find out he had the fatal Parvo disease. We started treatment immediately. He did good after 2 treatments but then had a bad relapse. The vet suggested putting the poor little guy to sleep but I could not bare the thought of putting my parents through this again after the heartbreak they had already been through 5 weeks prior to. Rex was admitted to the pet hospital yesterday...he is fighting for his life. After admitting him to the hospital I came home and really starting digging into this breeders history only to find out that this is the 3rd puppy he sold that had Parvo that week. The first case was reported to him 7 days prior to him selling me Rex....yet he continued to sell the pups. I contacted the breeder about this and his response was "yup, Merry Christmas." He has been reported and we are hoping to take legal action...he has 25 puppies in his care right now!!! (Which you are unable to see when picking up your pup). Our vet bill this far is well over $6,000 along with God knows how much the other owners are paying to try and save their pups lifes. We are raising money not only to help pay for vet bills but also to help us take legal action against this man who is running a puppy mill and selling dying dogs. Any help would be greatly appreciated. ❤
