Pete/Cindy Newswanger Adoption Fund

My sister and her husband, Pete and Cindy Newswanger, will be married 9 yrs in December and have looked forward to being parents since the day that they were married but instead they found themselves on a difficult journey. After a few years of being disappointed month after month, they were told that they would never be able to have children. After grieving that news, they began the journey of adoption. Not long after that, they found out she was pregnant and we were all overjoyed! Soon, our joy turned to sorrow when she miscarried. A little over a year later, she went through another miscarriage. It was heartbreaking to watch them walk this journey. We even questioned God, asking him "why" but still trusting that He loved them even more than we did. We just kept trusting and praying that He was still writing their story. On the day of Cindy's 40th birthday party, she got a call from the adoption agency asking if they could show Pete and Cindy's profile book to a lady. Of course, the answer was yes!!! On November 11th (the anniversary of their first miscarriage) they got the call we've all been waiting for...They were matched!!!! Their baby girl is due December 30th and she is so loved already! We want to help them with expenses for the adoption, along with travel expenses, lodging, and eating. Every little bit will help and you'll be blessed for giving.
