Jim's campaign for a break

My names is Jim Ryan. I have hade type 1 diabetes for 22 years.  Four years ago I was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease and had to start dialysis two years ago.  By orders from my doctor, I haven't been able to work since 2010.  I am able to get by for my day to day activities but being on a disability income doesn't leave me with any opportunity for savings. I have been wanting to take a vacation to see some of my family before it becomes entirely impossible. 

I I am currently trying to be accepted at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, Ny into their transplant program for a kidney. Unfortunately it doesn't look good for my acceptance.  

I I am asking for the help of strangers because I have heard such positive things about people receiving help here.
