Ivy has DIC. Please help!

This is Ivy. She's my whole world and the sweetest little girl. She is a cute chow girl that I rescued and has severe food allergies. This past Saturday, she went into heat stroke while I was at work. We were having a bbq and she got into the trash as well and ate some things she definitely shouldnt have. I got home from work and could tell my sweet girl wasn't doing well. I put her in a bath to cool her down and she began to perk up after that and started to drink and even ate a little bit of food.

The next morning, she looked even worse. Her eyes were glazed over, she was walking as if she was in pain and only walked a few steps before collapsing. I brought her into Bluepearl and we started right away on aggressive treatment for heat stroke and pancreatitis.

Ivy's bloodwork showed elevated kidney enzymes and the highest liver values some of the doctors have ever seen. My poor girl was melting from the heat. Her coagulation values are very high to the point that she has blood in her abdomen and she needed 5 units of plasma to try to get them under control. We are hoping Ivy absorbs the free fluid in her abdomen to get her platelet count back up to normal. But that could take days up to weeks.
I am asking for help today because her liver values are improving but they're still not what they should be and her coagulation values are still high. Her platelets are very low and as much as I would love to be able to afford this on my own, her bill is at 5 thousand dollars for 2 days of treatment and continues to climb. Ivy is getting her values checked everyday as well as medical management and nursing care. We placed a nasal gastric tube because she had so much fluid in her stomach that she couldn't get comfortable. Thankfully she became more interested in food after that. She may need more plasma or more aggressive treatment depending on what her values are today. Ivy is still under a guarded prognosis and needs as much help as possible.

I wouldnt be asking for help but I need her by my side on this new adventure we are going on. I am 28 weeks pregnant with our first baby girl and unfortunately, I can't tap into our baby savings any further. Ivy is the most gentle soul in the world when you get to know her and I cannot imagine my life without her. She's my little protector bad ass chow and I have to give her every fighting chance possible.

She is at the Bluepearl in Tacoma, WA. Any donation to help my baby girl is very much appreciated and I give everyone updates as they come. Thank you so much for reading this and sharing.
