Pajamas for ISD Dorm Kids
Donation protected
Hello All!
The IUPUI American Sign Language Interpreting Program students want to make Valentine’s Day a bit brighter for the Indiana School for the Deaf dorm students by providing them with new pajamas! We’ll have a pajama party for them on Valentine’s Day where we’ll hand out their new pajamas, do crafts, and have some fun together.
We’d love your help – can you donate money toward the pajamas? We need to buy about 100 pajamas, for boys and girls aged 3 through 21. All funds will go toward the pajamas.
ISD dorm students come from all around the state. They stay in the dorms during the week and go home on weekends. It’s not easy being away from their families on Valentine’s day so that’s why we’re showing them some pajama love!
We’re all ASL interpreting students working to improve our signing skills while doing service learning at the Indiana School for the Deaf. Thank you for your support!
