"Clean Slate" - Mobile Shower Unit

Clean Slate Mobile Shower Unit is a non-profit organization that is headquartered in the Inner City of Kansas City, Missouri. 

The mission of Clean Slate is to provide hygiene services and products to homeless citizens located in the Greater Kansas City & Surrounding Areas. Clean Slate will provide shower facilities,  and incidental personal use products on the mobile shower unit for clients.  The mobile shower units will operate on a weekly-rotated schedule with locations that are easily accessible to reach those we are serving. 

Why? The reason I wanted to create Clean Slate was because I’ve passed out hygiene bags and thought Why not take it a step further and give them somewhere to utilize what comes in those hygiene care packs. Also, many people are sometimes ineligible to enter shelters or day centers for varies of reasons and can’t access certain amenities. During previous serving opportunities I heard it to often  “I just would like to be clean and feel fresh”.
