Isabel's Surgery...

I hesitated to do this, since people were so generous to me when I was moving home a few years ago, but I see no way around it. 
I recently found out that Isabel needs surgery, and, as I live paycheck to paycheck, it is beyond my means. So I turn to you for help. Her surgery is scheduled for Friday, February 2nd, so any help given would be greatly appreciated.
