Tragically, on the morning of Thursday, February 2, 2017, Isaac “Sir Isaac, Donny” Brown, age 40, was murdered in Newark, NJ, leaving behind a grieving family including his first child one-month-old newborn baby girl, and friends who adored him.
To meet Isaac was to love him; he was always the life of the party and filled with joy. Making others laugh and feel good was his unique specialty, a quality that endeared him to even those who casually met him. Isaac was able to spread his joy professionally through his dee-jaying and hosting karaoke nights at local establishments, and most of all through his singing. God blessed “Sir Isaac” with a beautiful talent that touched the hearts of all who heard him sing.
My brother loved God, loved people, loved life and he had a generous, kind spirit. He did not deserve to die senselessly through gun-violence. As we try to hold each other up and somehow make sense of this tragedy, we ask for your prayers. Your financial contribution to his memorial fund, support in the form of kind words of comfort, or prayers to strengthen our grieving hearts is greatly appreciated.
Heaven’s choir has a new singing angel and though we mourn, we know that his kind and gentle spirit is bringing new light to heaven.
