With your help, Intrepid Rowing Club can continue to grow and fulfill its mission to develop a competitive rowing experience to local youth.
We are raising money to purchase essential equipment for the Spring regattas.
1.Commercial Grade Tents – 10x20 - $750/each (need 2- $1500
2. Shade Canopy for boat trailer- $250-$350
3. 10x10 coaches' tent for boat trailer area - $150
4. Sponsor for tents at Nathan Benderson Park, Sarasota, FL - $250 (6 regattas) - $1500
Established in the winter of 2015, a group of parents recognized the need in Martin County for a competitive youth rowing program focused on providing a positive, developmental, and competitive rowing experience for middle and high-school aged youth.
Within the first week, a vision was clarified, organizational pragmatics were executed. Ten days from inception, they had acquired a fleet of boats and launched their first practice, allowing their rowers, whom placed in 2015 Club National rowing competitions and who
won gold at the prestigious Head of the Schuylkill, to begin training for spring racing.
Intrepid Rowing Club is a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to the development of youth through the sport of rowing. Intrepid Rowing Club's mission is to provide opportunities for instruction, training, and competition in the sport of rowing to middle and high school students on the Treasure Coast. Intrepid Rowing Club provides a comprehensive training program to strengthen its student-athletes’ personal development.
