Insulin pump for Mica

Hello, I am Micaela and a lot of you know that I have been using an insulin pump for more than 20 years to manage my diabetes.
On April 20th my pump decided to stop working. 
Medtronic the company that makes my pump  let me know that I had an out-of-warranty insulin pump so they let me have a Continuation of Therapy insulin pump  (COT pump) for 90 days and then I have to return it after the 90-day period or once I buy a new one.
I am asking for your help to get a new insulin pump because I don't have insurance because the insurance rates at my husbands job are too high and the government doesn't give me insurance because I am not an American citizen but still I  spent a lot of our family income in healthcare instead of other services so with your help it will be much easier to get a new insulin pump that will allow me to take care of myself and my boys as I should do it and as I would like to keep doing it.
I have faith that there are many good people who can help me and my family.
