Insulin pump for Emory
Donation protected
My besties son Emory was diagnosed with type I diabetes last year after coming into Kaiser Morse ER in DKA (diabetic ketoacidosis). Shout out to all my friends and Dr. White that cared for him. I feel like your quick actions saved his life that night. Emory spent a week in the hospital getting his blood sugars stable and learning how to manage his condition. He is doing great now. He's a healthy, happy, little boy that loves lizards and magic tricks. His doctors think he's ready to have an insulin pump, but it's not covered by their insurance. The family just can't swing it financially. His Mom is a single parent, working over full time and going to school. If you can find it in your heart to donate I would be very grateful. Love you friends.
