Let's help Tubarão Get New Teeth!

First of all we would like to say THANK YOU once again to everyone that help out and donated! We are thankful for all of you!
So we have some GREAT NEWS!
--- On June 12th, Tubarão went through a 5hr. treatment at the dentist. It was a great success, and they were able to save the front tooth that they were worried would need an implant. Since the tooth was saved, the total price for the treatment was lowered to $10,346 Of which we were able to pay $4,730 thanks to everyones help!
--- NEW invoice for treatment posted below.
--- Tubarão is now in the healing phase and will be able to go for the final treatment once he is fully recovered.
--- Although we are still $5,616 short to complete the treatment, We are happy and thankful to be on the right track of healing and were able to start the treatment for our friend, Tubarão.

This GoFundMe is to help our amazing friend Inst. Tubarão a.k.a Daniel Levi a.k.a Tuba a.k.a Tutas, toget some new teeth!
Back in February 2018, Tubarão had an accident while training. Which ended up breaking a bridge he had in his 4 front teeth. After spending some time in the emergency room and the next day at the dentist, they were able to do a temporary cosmetic repair, which Tubarão can NOT bite on those teeth because they might not hold. (we will keep those pictures offline).
After that, Tubarão went to a dentist to get a deeper look into the permanent fix. The solution was that Tubarão needed to have some implants and crowns done to get his front teeth back to normal. This entire treatment could take several months with all the healing process and the price for all of this is $14,225.00 (see details below)
Now, there was a miscommunication when Tubarão signed up for health insurance, and turns out, he does not have dental insurance.
To start the treatment we need 50% of the payment, which comes out to $7,112.50
We need your help to make this happen, friends, family, fellow Capoeiristas, and teachers, Please see if you are able to donate and help. Share this on your social media, talk about it with your friends, students and colleges. Let's get Tubarão his teeth. :)
