Injured and stuck in the middle of nowhere.

I'm on a national living room tour. Two nights ago, on my way from Springfield MO to Nashville, I stopped at a Walmart to sleep in my camper van in rural Missouri. I had very low blood sugar during the night and fell out of my bed (I'm a type 1 diabetic). My lower back hurt like crazy. It hurt to get out of bed or stand on my feet. My head was cloudy and I was disoriented. My friend Andy Prince notified the local cops and they came to check on me. They suggested an ambulance come because I was in so much pain. I went to the ER and they gave me some exercises to do and some pain meds.

I had to cancel two shows so far (Nashville and Fayetteville), one of which was a sold out show, and I'm stuck in a hotel in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. I'm just trying to raise a little money to ease all these unexpected expenses and losses from being unable to perform. Also, it's not clear yet if my insurance will cover this ER visit. I'm sure I'm way out of network being all the way in Missouri.

Any little bit helps if you can spare it. Don't feel bad if money is tight. Just give some if you can.
