walk again

I was paralyzed by my mother drunk driving when I was only the young age  of 10 years old.  I am now 29 and I have been approved for stem cell transplant in San Diego. What is stem cell transplant you may ask?? There are many misconceptions and misunderstanding about what stem cell may be. Its definitely probably not what you may think It is. Stem cell means where they would harvest my OWN stem cells out of my body fat and inject them back back into my body for repair.  I have a incomplete injury and after the initial accident got a little feeling back feeling but not all or enough.  But hopefully with newer technology and with advances in medicine chanceI could regain it with stem cell. Ontop of everything It could also help with repairing my body from the newer diagnose of  an auto immune disease called crohns disease.
The only problem is its around $ 16,000. I dont have much family and few friends so im reaching out into my community for support. I cant afford this alone so any help is grately appreciated.
