In Support of Mark Malchodi's Family

How does one say goodbye to a truly beloved person-a cherished son, husband, father, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin & friend- a young person who suddenly and unexpectedly left this Earth at the young age of 35- someone who touched others at the deepest level- someone we’d never believe would have parted from us so quickly.  This wonderful person, Mark Owen Malchodi was someone who made us feel so connected and treasured.  A fellow human, so much a spirit of the best of this world.

God’s greatest gift is Love.  His divine love was given through Him to Mark who gave so much of it to others. Mark's kindness stretched beyond his job description at North Shore University Hospital. The care he gave to others was evident in the work he did to support coworkers and patients. The relationships he built through the years proved to reach the hearts of so many. 

To many, Mark was a wonderful friend and colleague.  To his children, he was their superhero.  Mark was a dedicated, loving father to his sweet young children Makayla, Brendon & Briana and an adoring husband to his wife Sabrina.  His family meant the world to him, and he meant the world to his family.

So many touched by this family have reached out, asking how they can help in this time of crisis and need.  This “GO FUND ME” page, which has helped so many people in urgent situations has been created in memory of our dearest Mark.  We are touched by the generosity, in any amount, to help with the financial burdens related to Mark's passing and to help his family in the months to come as they rebuild their lives in the aftermath of this tragedy.  On behalf of the Malchodi family, Thank you from the Heart for your thoughts, prayers and kind generosity.
