In Memory of Jennifer Furey

If you know me at all you know I’m typically not one to ask for anything, but after the last 3 months I’ve had I feel it’s necessary. On June 25th, 2018 I lost my big brother. I felt as if things really couldn’t get worse for our family. Then September 16th came when I lost my beautiful mommy. A few months prior to her passing we moved into a beautiful new house with both my mother & my precious 6 year old sister, which quickly became home to us. It was always us 3 girls. My mom handled just about everything when it came to us, so now you could all imagine the weight on everyone’s shoulders during this horrible time.

My mother was one of the most beautiful woman I’ve had the pleasure of calling “mom” for over 21 years. One thing was for sure and that was that she was a fighter. She was the strongest woman and always held it together through the curves life would throw at us. She went through hell & back, more than once, and never gave up or showed her kids she was hurting. We never grew up wealthy but she always made sure we had everything we ever wanted and needed and then some. Her 3 children were her everything. She had a heart bigger than any you could imagine and loved with all of her being. When she smiled, you couldn’t help but smile back and her laugh was just simply contagious. I am beyond grateful to of had the mother I did. My little sister and I miss her terribly already and wish more than anything God didn’t say this was her time.

Losing both a mother and a sibling in 3 months is surely not easy and an unexplainable hardship to push through and also a very confusing time for my baby sister. Of course, I have a beautiful family to help us out but things are still going to be extremely difficult financially and in every other aspect as well. Absolutely anything would be more than appreciated and we are already so grateful for all the love & prayers we have received, thank you all ❤️
